Sunday will quickly become your family’s favorite day of the week.
At The Mount,
we’re all about people!
If you’ve never been to church before or haven’t been in a while, if you’re young or young at heart, single, or married with kids, you’ll feel welcomed by the authentic community we have here at The Mount. You can visit as many times as you want without any obligations or pressure. And who knows, you just might decide to make this your new church home! But don’t worry… when you do, we promise not to say… we told you so.
As you plan your upcoming visit, here are some things to know.
What should I wear?
The dress code is: DO YOU! We believe in unity NOT uniformity. You’ll see everything from suit & ties to track suits & sneakers. God doesn’t care about what’s on your back, He cares about what’s in your heart. Feel free to be uniquely…YOU! Just be comfortable knowing here, there’s no judgement zone. Besides, you just might see the Pastor in one his infamous Adidas track suits.
What should I expect?
At The Mount, we don’t believe in visitors. You are our guest! Therefore, you can expect to be warmly welcomed into a family-like atmosphere by authentic people who are genuinely excited to see you. Our services are power-packed, filled with uplifting music by amazing singers, and an incredible band, followed by a practical yet relevant word all in about 80 minutes. You are sure to leave feeling encouraged, equipped and empowered to go out into the world and live your best life.
What about my kids?
Calvary Kidz will ensure that your child has a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus in their own way, in their own space. Our Calvary Kidz team is committed to providing an environment that is safe, clean and fun for your children while you enjoy the main service. If your child does not want to go to Kidz Church, they are welcome to remain with you.
Where should I park?
We don’t have a parking lot but the church sits on an island and there is on street parking located all around the building. Also, located right next door to the church is a Rockland Trust at 305 Talbot Avenue. For your convenience you may park in the bank parking lot during non-business banking hours.
Do I have to give?
No! God has freely given us the Good News of Jesus and we are happy to share it freely with you. However, you are welcome to give if you desire, but The Mount is supported through the generosity of our partners. We realize that all we have is from God, so we cheerfully return a portion of His blessings back to Him through giving. This helps us to continue providing excellence in ministry and funding our many community efforts, projects & outreach missions.
