Do I have to be a member of the church to attend?
No, you do not have to be a member. The trip is open to whoever would like to attend. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
Is there a children’s price?
Children 3 & under are FREE. However, any one 4 & up must pay full price. The park charges a set price per person ages 4+. Please note, payment will be required for anyone who occupies a seat, regardless of age.
What time & where is the bus leaving from/returning?
The bus is leaving from and returning to The Mount, 297 Talbot Ave. in Dorchester. Please arrive to the church between 8:30 am – 8:45 am. The bus is leaving promptly @ 9 am and will NOT be able to wait if you are running late. The bus will leave the park @ 7 pm SHARP. There are no refunds if you miss the bus, so it is imperative that you are on early for a prompt 9 am departure.
When do I need to pay?
The trip must be paid in full upon registering. Be advised, this trip is a first come, first served basis. Keep in mind, the trip did sell out completely last year, weeks in advance of the trip.

what happens if I decide to cancel?
Sadly, this a non-refundable event. Both the bus & park must be pre-paid in advance of the trip and therefore, the church will not be able to grant refunds under any circumstances. No exceptions!
What is the menu for the all you can eat buffet?
We will eat together as a group in a private picnic pavilion for groups. The lunch buffet is from 12 noon – 2:30 pm. The menu is:
- Grilled Chicken (with BBQ Sauce)

- Veggie Burgers
- Baked Beans
- Pasta Salad
- Salad Bar
- Ice Cream Novelties
- Beverages
