Covid-19 Safety Measures
Yes, it’s no secret that as a ministry we love being connected.
However, please know that our first & foremost priority is to keep you & your family protected!
What are you doing to keep me safe?
Here are just a few of the safety measures we’ve implemented to ensure your safety.
- We’ll take temperatures at the door.
- We’ll provide hand sanitizer.
- We’ll clean before and after each service.
- Our volunteers will wear face-coverings & gloves.
- The sanctuary will be configured for social distancing.
- You’ll only sit with those in your household.
- In worship, we won’t pass out programs, an offering plate or envelopes.
- An offering box and scan QR codes are available throughout our worship center.
- Bottled water will be available instead of the water cooler.
- We’ll create one-way traffic paths where possible.
What can I do to help?
Keeping everyone safe during this time is a challenging effort but a team effort!
Here are some of the ways that you can assist us in keeping you and everyone else safe.
Remember, stay home and worship with us online if you…
1.) have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days
2.) are at elevated risk for COVID-19 or a COVID-19 related illness
3.) are sick, have a fever, are not feeling well, or have any of the CDC designated symptoms of COVID-19
- Register online for service at least 3 days prior to attending.
- Stay in your vehicle until 9:55 am.
- Wear a mask or face covering and leave it on while in the building.
- Maintain 6 feet of distance from those not in your family.
- Refrain from touching, hugging and handshaking others.
- Wash your hands often and utilize hand sanitizing stations.
- Follow the directions of volunteers & posted safety signage throughout building.
- If possible, use online giving options to sow your tithes and/or offering.
- Exit the building immediately at the conclusion of service.
I’m not sure if I’m ready yet. Can I still watch online?
Of course! For those with underlying health challenges or aren’t ready to return to in-person just yet, we’ll continue to offer online services. You can join us in our cyber-sanctuary Sunday mornings @ 9:30 am on Facebook LIVE. We’re also on Facebook LIVE Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm for Tuesday Night Bible Talk. So no worries, stay home, stay protected and stay connected with Mount Calvary Church online from the comforts of home until you are comfortable and ready to return in-person.
